Factor strives for customer satisfaction, but we understand sometimes returns are necessary:

  • Timeframe: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Condition: Bike must be unused and in original packaging
  • Process:
    1. Contact our support team to initiate return
    2. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
    3. Carefully package bike for return shipment
    4. Ship to designated return center
  • Refunds:
    • Processed within 5-10 business days after receipt
    • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Exceptions:
    • Custom builds may have different policies
    • Sale items may be final sale
